Fe:LiNbO3
(Iron doped Lithium Niobate)

鉄ドープニオブ酸リチウム単結晶は高いEO係数、フォトリフラクティブ感度、回折効率を
持つことから一般にフォトリフラクティブ結晶として用いられております。BaTiO3結晶と
比較してもコスト面保管性、作業性に優れ比較的大きなサイズの製作も可能なことから、
現在ではホログラフィックストレージ、ブラックグレーティング、光メモリーなど様々な
分野に応用されております。
